2. Booking
Appointments and services can be booked through our website or by phone. Please be aware of the following in relation to bookings:

You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are complete and accurate before submission.

If you notice any mistakes or need to make changes, please contact us immediately.

Your booking becomes binding when confirmed on the booking page of our website or upon us sending an email/written confirmation.

‘By Nicky’ does not guarantee that all advertised services are available at all times.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any services as needed.
3. Late Appointments
At ‘By Nicky,’ we value your time and aim to start appointments as scheduled, however, due to the complex and sensitive nature of pelvic health conditions, there may be instances where the preceding appointment requires additional time for clinical or ethical reasons. As a result, your appointment may start later than scheduled, and ‘By Nicky’ will not be held liable in such circumstances.
If you arrive late, your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled time to avoid negatively affecting the next client. In such cases, the full appointment fee will remain applicable, and no refund granted.
4. Appointment Cancellations and Amendments
We may need to amend or cancel your appointment, even after it has been confirmed and paid for. If appointments are cancelled by ‘By Nicky’:

We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible via phone, email, or text.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your up-to-date contact details.

will not be held liable, however, we will make every effort to rebook your appointment at a more convenient alternative time.

will issue a refund for any amounts paid where no alternative time is available.
We understand that there are occasions when you may need to amend or cancel your booking. Changes to your booking:

5. Late Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to attend, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
6. Adverse Weather
‘By Nicky’ prioritizes the safety of our clients and team and as such, during adverse weather conditions, we strive to balance safety with the continuity of our services.
Should ‘By Nicky’ cancel appointments in the event of unsafe travel conditions due to severe weather:

Clients will be notified by text and email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current contact information.

you will be offered either to reschedule your appointment or receive a full refund.
If you are unable to attend due to adverse weather:

please notify us as soon as possible via phone or email.

late cancellation fees will apply if ‘By Nicky’ remains open.
