About Nicky

I’m Nicky, a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist treating women during childbearing years through to post-menopause.

My career started as a professional dancer, but after multiple injuries, I retrained as a physiotherapist, worked across NHS specialities, and senior MSK roles before a chance encounter led me down the women’s health path.

I’ve seen how often women navigate symptoms alone, unsure what’s “normal” or where to turn. I have been that woman.

I had two very different births, one physically demanding with a difficult physical and mental recovery, followed 6 years later by an unexpectedly positive one. Between those, I experienced multiple miscarriages, experiencing first-hand the emotional and physical impact that loss can bring.

These moments led me on a personal fitness and wellbeing journey and not only changed how I see the body, but how I listen, support and care for each woman that comes to me.

I've been inspired by the incredible women along the way, and while there's nothing I haven't heard in clinic (I reckon I'm unshockable now!), I’m constantly amazed by the resilience women carry through years of struggle and silent battles. Hearing these stories is both inspiring and deeply moving, and it’s what drives my passion to educate, support, and create meaningful change within my community.

After seven years leading a large national physiotherapy triage service at Nuffield Health, I reached a crossroads. When that chapter closed, I knew exactly what I wanted to build. Not just a clinic, but a space where women could access specialist support, whether managing symptoms or preventing them, and where education could reach beyond the clinic walls into the wider community.

Through a holistic, evidence-backed approach, you’ll receive bespoke treatment tailored to your unique needs providing symptom relief and prevention.

Together, we strive to achieve your health goals, equipping you with education and compassionate support to restore balance and regain confidence.

I work closely with specialist consultant gynaecologists, urologists, and private women's health GPs, a collaboration I'm proud of, and one that ensures the women I see benefit from truly joined-up care.
