About Me

I'm Nicky, a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with extensive experience helping women navigate complex pelvic health conditions through every stage of adult life.

I have a specialist interest in chronic pelvic pain conditions, including endometriosis, and having spent much of my career working within the women's health service at Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, I've supported thousands of women with persistent pelvic pain, bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postnatal concerns, and symptoms that have affected confidence, wellbeing and quality of life for months, often years. I know how exhausting and frustrating the journey searching for help and answers can be.

My Approach

As a registered physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health, my role extends far beyond treating a single symptom or prescribing pelvic floor exercises.

Pelvic health doesn't exist in isolation. Pain, bladder and bowel symptoms, movement, exercise, hormones, emotional wellbeing, sleep and daily life are closely connected. By understanding the whole picture, we can create meaningful improvements that have a lasting impact on your health and quality of life.
My approach is evidence-based, holistic and tailored entirely to you, with expert assessment, honest conversations and personalised support designed around your goals, your lifestyle and the things that matter most to you.

Beyond the clinic

My journey into physiotherapy wasn't a traditional one. I began my career as a professional dancer before retraining as a physiotherapist and eventually discovering my passion for women's health.
Alongside my professional experience, I've navigated two very different birth experiences, pregnancy loss, and my own journey towards better health, fitness and wellbeing. Those experiences don't define my practice, but they have shaped how I listen, support and care for the women who come through my doors.

I've had the privilege of supporting women through challenges that are often faced in silence, and their resilience continually inspires me. It's what drives my passion not only to support women within the clinic, but to improve education and awareness beyond it.

My goal is to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to better understand their bodies, navigate change, and make informed decisions about their health long after they've left the treatment room.
