Who is physio-led yoga for?
Our personalised sessions are for women aged 18+ who are:
Modifying current yoga practice due to injury
Returning to yoga
Post-injury, postpartum or after pause in practice
New to yoga with physical health concerns - clinical yoga therapy for PCOS and similar pelvic health conditions, arthritis, reduced mobility, muscle weakness
Seeking to deepen their physical understanding of yoga
How it works
Each session will be customised to suit your individual needs. In your initial session we’ll discuss your medical history and goals, which will be revisited periodically if you decide to attend additional sessions.
The sessions may follow a yoga flow similar to a traditional class or take a focused approach, for extended time in specific poses.
Please note, these sessions do not include Physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis or treatment of injuries.
