Expecting Mummy Health Package Terms and Conditions

This package includes:

• 1 x Pregnancy Assessment

• 1 x Postnatal Assessment

• 1 x Follow-Up Appointment

 

The follow-up appointment may be used either during pregnancy or following your postnatal assessment.

 

The postnatal assessment must be booked and attended within 12 months of giving birth.

 

Appointments are subject to availability and standard clinic cancellation policies apply.

 

This package is non-transferable and non-refundable once the first appointment has taken place.

 

Physiotherapy care and advice provided within this package is limited to the scope of physiotherapy practice. Any concerns identified outside of this scope will be referred to the appropriate healthcare professional, such as your GP, midwife, obstetric team, or health visitor.
