If you’re unsure if physio is the right path for you we offer a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss whether we can help.
Then it starts with a 60 minute assessment where we’ll get to know your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals. The consultation is in depth so we can get a thorough understanding of you and your life to provide bespoke treatment that works for you.
If you would like an internal examination we can add on 30 minutes to the assessment, we’ll run you through the process before your appointment.
After that you’ll get a personalised treatment plan which may include exercises, lifestyle changes and hands-on techniques that support your recovery. With suggested quantity and frequency of follow up appointments to run through physical assessments and treatments indicated in your plan.
